A large scale motif inspired by the sculptural, geometric forms of mid 20th century art and design, Symphony presents a graphic interplay of pattern and tone on a grand scale. Using a background technique pairing a dyed sheer slub organza over painted paper, the textural ground is gilded with sections of aluminium leaf – to which an antique finish can also be applied.
