A rare 16th century Venetian arte povera box decorated in straw marquetry. Vaulted top, gilded bronze lion’s paw feet and beautiful red painted interior. The marquetry decoration featuring two figures, birds, lions, trees and country scenes. An exceptional piece, in excellent condition.
